Nicholas Conley
b 1744, Ireland, immigrated to Boston at age 14, apprenticed as a harness maker, perhaps to pay his passage. As a young man removed to Jefferson Co. NY.  
Drowned in the Connecticut River.

d 27 Mar 1827, LeRay, Jefferson Co., NY
Parents Nicholas Conley, Abigail Dowin.

Nicholas Conley b 22 Dec 1789, Jefferson Co., NY,

John Conley was born in 1779 in Orange County, New York.

He married Elizabeth Wiltse on March 9, 1800. Elizabeth was the daughter of Benoni Wiltse and Rachel Marks.

John's children included:

Catherine Conley (1803, married Syrenus Palmer),
Rachel Conley (1806, married Luther Brown, son of Nathan Brown),
Mary Conley Henderson (1806),
Nelson Lane Conley (1808),

Solomon Conley (1820)
Elizabeth Conley Holman (1824), and
Abigail Conley Jaqua (1825).

John died on January 30, 1840.
